Dining

The Gascony Cookery School offers Table d’hote dining to non residents and non cookery school guests. Using only local produce from the Gascony region your host and resident chef David Chance will offer a daily menu of four courses.
Being served in the traditional French manner this will be a set menu with wine and coffee included for a set price. You will experience dishes of the Gascony region with David’s unique twist and flair for French cuisine of the region. Of ourse you can opt to learn these skill in our French cookery classes if you wish.
The definition of Table d’hote is the host’s table and is a unique French way of dining. All meals are cooked in the hosts' kitchen freshly to order. While the aromas escape the kitchen you can sit back and enjoy the stunning views from Table d’hotes South facing terrace. This really is an experience to savour and a local culinary delight.
With the addition of a second terrace within the ruins of a traditional village house The Gascony Cookery School will offer one of the most unique table d’hotes in the South West of France.

Another wonderful sunset from the terrace
