Over the last few months in Gascony we have been hard at work restoring a ruined Gramont village house that is adjacent to The Table d’hote French restaurant. This has been an unusual restoration in the fact that we have only partly restored and created a terrace within its walls. We will be offering a unique dining experience on this terrace during the summer of 2010. As always our cookery school attendees can participate in the preparation of our wonderful French food and our Chambre d'Hote Hotel guests can simply enjoy the ambience and authentic tastes of France.
