"We attended the week long cookery school and absolutely loved it! We both learnt a huge amount of basic skills (the tuition is suitable for all levels of experience) and delicious dishes which we will definitely be trying out at home. David and Vikki were such generous and lovely hosts which contributed to the very relaxed atmosphere. Our room was clean, spacious and very comfortable with a lovely modern bathroom. The trip also included tuition and meals at the village restaurant (with the charming chef Bernard) and several outings to local attractions and a market - all of which we enjoyed and found they really added to our experience.

"We stayed at the Gascony French Cookery School for 6 days and had a wonderful time. Our hosts, David & Vikki, were the nicest and most accommodating people you could wish to meet. The Cookery School part of the trip could be taken at our own pace, which also left us time to explore the virtually unspoilt surrounding French countryside and towns. Accommodation was lovely, the decor and furniture was in typically French style. We met some other lovely guests with an age from approx. 28 years to a single english gentleman of, we guessed, approx. 86 years old - a holiday to suit all ages. We would certainly recommend a visit."
