Spring has Sprung in Gascony

We’re delighted to report that Spring has well and truly sprung at the Gascony Cookery School. Our potager garden is fully planted with a variety of vegetables including tomatoes, aubergines, artichokes, lettuce, shallots, courgettes, cucumbers and spinach.
